I applied through the company’s web portal and got a call for a phone screen in about 10 days after I first applied. I got a call from the company’s central HR location (in Canada) and was briefly told about the position and the expectations from the position and a few HR questions. Post the phone screen I was invited for a technical Skype interview where I was asked to present on topics like Forecasting and some basic SQL question. Post the Skype interview, I was invited for an in person interview. The in person interview lasted for 5-6 hours where I met my potential future manager, the VP of Operations, Head of Demand planning among others. I was asked to prepare a mini project showcasing my SQL skills. I also had an in depth discussion on using Machine learning ARMA technique for forecasting. I was offered the position 4-5 days later.
