First interview is trough phone, recruiter finds out if you are suitable for the job. Second interview is on-site, you meet with HR and your immediate manager. Final interview is on-site for the second time, where you will interview with multiple top managers separately depending on the position you apply for. Final interview can take up to more than 2 hours. All interviewers are nice, they bring their own copies of the resume, and review them with you. They really make the effort to make tou feel comfortable during the interview.
