The interview was basic general experience questions with some situational questions. The technical questions were for simple electro-mechanical devices motors transformers etc. 3 step interview process with hr, manager and director.
I was asked questions by three members of the engineering department, then got the chance to ask my own questions. I then got a tour the facility and see the various CNC machines and welding processes used. I never received any updates after the interview.

The Interview process consisted of 3 stages that lasted about two weeks.
First a phone interview. Then an in person interview with the engineering manager. Followed by another meeting with the Director of operations.
