I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield in Feb 2010
Interview
Got an on-campus interview through Career Services at my college. Reviewing the resume and questions about interests in the field. Was asked the "what would you invest in now and why?" and broad questions like that.
The two guys seemed alright.

Question 1
I hadn't really been reading the newspaper or thought about the "why" of the investment question. So I fumbled that one pretty hard.
I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Seattle, WA)
Interview
It takes 1 week for me to get a phone interview, then talk with the hiring manager, and get an Excel test. The hiring manager is pretty nice, however, I received a job offer and decided not to continue the interview process.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to work under pressure and how do you handle it?
I applied online. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview was quite fast, HR, hiring manager, client then offer on consecutive days. The questions were a mix of practical technical questions as its a finance role as well as analysis themed questions.
The Hiring manager was extremely arrogant and pretentious. It seemed like they focused only on target schools. I went to a small, non-target private university, and the hiring manager was a jerk.
