phone interview, then on site interview with 5 people. not very difficult, took a long time. I would say to know a little about the company and what they do and know your resume well
Interview consisted of a aptiude test and then an online assessment centre which if passed would be an in person interview. The online interview was done on typical AI interview software.

One round of individual interview, takes about 20 mins, mainly about behaviour question, like why Cushman or walk me through your CV; And a 40 min technical test with data through excel.
