Interview
Initial interview with property manager was via Zoom and it was a pleasant conversation about the role and my qualifications. The interview was for less than 30 minutes. I had no experience in property management but we discussed how my background would be a great fit for the role.

Interview
Only completed the phone interview and decided I did not want to work for the company. Interviewer kept calling wayyy before our scheduled meeting time. If they can't respect my time as an applicant I can only imagine how it will be as an employee.

It's a 2 step process, you will first go in and meet with your potential manager (or regional if the position isn't yet filled) they will have a list of preset questions for you to answer based on your resume and the property you are working at. Then they will send you to another manager within the same portfolio with another set of questions to make sure that it's a good fit.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Davenport, FL) in Apr 2022
Interview
I originally applied from a referral.
I had an interview with a HR recruiter. From that interview she automatically pushed me through to an interview with 2 property managers. After that interview, a week later I received a phone cal from the HR recruiter offering me the position. I signed paperwork electronically (background check) and then read up on company benefits from an email that was sent. A welcome package was received before my official start date.
