Cutera Laser Alignment Technician interview questions

A half-day of interviews, talking to Head of Production, Head of R&D, and a couple of managers. Given a simple laser alignment task, to make a beam parallel with the optical table and guide it through a pinhole. Given 10 minutes to do so. Then a quiz about basic optical components, i.e. 'What is a telescope' -- looking for answers from optics, i.e. a confocal lens arrangement.
