It started with a phone interview with the recruiter after which was a video interview with the hiring manger. Shortly after they wanted me to do a 2.5 hour in-person interview for with 3 different people 3 weeks out since we were coming up on the holidays. Attended the interview and was informed I would be contacted within a week or two to be made aware of if they wanted me to do a final interview or not. A week goes by and I follow up in which I'm told the team hasn't had a chance to meet they'll get back to me by the end of the following week. The end of the following week comes and I don't hear back so I follow up again then I'm told basically the same thing. Long story short I NEVER heard back. I'm completely fine if they decided to go with a different candidate or put the position on hold but ghosting candidates whom you've done several interviews with is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not recommend applying here as they do not have any integrity in their interview process.
