Initial Communication: Pick resume from Job portals and communicate about interview dates via e-mail.
Interview round 1: General aptitude test+ Outputs to programs+testing basics.
Interview round 2: Test Case design based on a UI screen(Min 10 Test cases +5 Bugs).
Interview Round 3: General Testing Knowledge and Puzzles.
They usually select people that are referred by there employees as what I came to know from other people who came for Interviews.

Simple questions on silenium and final year project but more focus on real world problems related to testing a website like performance testing and load testing in real world not bookish
