Applied Online. Then online assessment about atitude and IQ test. The interviewer is nice and the phone interview took around 30 minutes. All about the resume and technical questions about JAVA. No follow up till now.

You take the exam and after that exam you are shortlisted and then you are able to sit in the interview ,so 2 to3 round before your interview .so its a standard that most companies follow
