Several phone interviews with HR and the team director, a "practice project", and several in-person interviews with the team members and eventually the department VP. They tried to cram all the in-person interviews into one day, but I did have to come back in for a second in-person interview to catch the VP...he was busy the first day and couldnt meet. Fed me lunch though, so that was a plus!
