Applied and got an email the next day to take the CCAT. Completed it a few days later and got a response almost immediately to interview with a hiring manager. Spoke with them for 30 minutes and found out more details about the job and the crazy 2-year contract with a $7500 financial penalty should you break the contract. Then set up the next interview with a team lead for another 30-minute interview. Then moved on with the process with 4 30 minute interviews with team leads, a manager, and a director. The first three were fine but it wasn't until I got to the last interview where I felt something was off. The director was very uncharismatic, seemed like he didn't want to be there, and asked me questions that I felt hardly applied to the job position. After the interview, I sent thank you emails to everyone and no one responded which I found odd. I didn't hear anything back for almost a month which was strange considering how fast everything moved in the beginning and then I got the rejection email on Christmas Eve which I thought was incredibly inconsiderate.

It was welcoming with very nice people. They made sure that I understood the entire process before beginning. Once we understood the process, the HR recruiters were very helpful in making sure introductions were made and that I knew who I was speaking to.
