Applied on university career website for an on-campus interview. Received a request after about a week. The on-campus interview was pretty standard - tell me about yourself and one very easy technical question. A few days after that, I received an email from a recruiter for a phone interview just to make sure that my expectations met their expectations in terms of location and salary. About a week later, I received another email to schedule the on-site interview.
The on-site interview is a total of 5 hours, and can take place either in the morning or afternoon. The two sessions overlap during a lunch/meetup for 2 hours (12-2pm). The actual interviews consist of 4 separate 45 min interviews with 4 different employees in a small conference room. Each employee will want to know a bit about you and what you've done, and after that they'll expand into what they're interested in knowing about you, whether it's behavioral questions or technical questions. All of the interviews will be heavily technical, and all will require hand writing code (any language, including pseudo). I was only asked a few brain teasers.
