Interview
Contacted over LinkedIn, phone interview, on-site interview. There were some challenging algorithm questions, but they weren't odd-balls or out of the ordinary. It was quite clear that they weren't trying to stump me, they were trying to see me think.
I think I did a good job of showing them how I think, and I got a lot of good answers from them as well. They're growing, and with as much as I've seen in the industry I was concerned that such rapid growth would lead to equally rapid contraction once key goals had been met. By interviewing the interviewers, I put these concerns to bed.
Everybody I spoke to was personable, professional, and I enjoyed myself quite a bit. I just hope the job is as much fun as the interview was.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cvent (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Nov 2025
