The interview prcoess went well until I met with the CIO. He was confused about the position and ultimately hinted the position did not match my resume. The previous 6 people I interviewed with had positive feedback. After about a week i received an email stating the job description changed. Way to waste 4 hours of someone's day. This is a typical startup that claims they are agile but the miscommunication is apparent throughout.
