I had my first-round interview scheduled two weeks after HR reached out to me. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The interviewer seemed more focused on talking about herself rather than engaging with my responses or qualifications. She barely listened to what I had to say and ended the call abruptly. Additionally, HR never followed up to provide any feedback or update on the interview status, which is unprofessional, regardless of the outcome. Overall, it was a very frustrating and negative experience.
