The selection process includes resume shortlisting, online and video assessments, group discussion on random topics, 100 hours of training, personal interviews with senior members, and final shortlisting for the role.
Very relaxed. Had interview at my school and spoke with a CVENT rep for about 30 min. Very nice and gave good advice. Pretty typical behavior questions and asked some personal questions to understand me better.
