I completed three video interviews; one with a recruiter, one with someone in senior leadership, and one with the CEO. They were each spaced about two weeks apart. I had the feeling that I was a finalist, and then...radio silence. Not even a "Thanks but no thanks" email, even after I followed up a short while later with an email thanking them for their time. If this indicates how they treat employees (enthusiasm and lengthy interviews, and then zero communication), I do believe I dodged a bullet. I did not feel respected as a candidate by the end of this process.
