Had an initial Zoom call with someone from the Paris offices. It went well and I was excited by the product. He also told me on the call that I was going to the next round, and sent me an assessment that I promptly completed. After that I never heard from them again, and sent two follow up emails. This is incredibly unprofessional, and they seem unorganized and disinterested in running an efficient hiring process. If this is indicative of how they treat their employees then I would never want to work here. All of the other reviews echo the same sentiment, so clearly they are a disorganized and inefficient company.
