I got this interview opportunity via a friend referral. You interviewed with HR colleague and then the HR head. Then finally you get to interview with the department head. And the overall process is quite efficient and not time consuming. But you also need to perform an written test to see how bright you are.

HR asked me the goal of my career and the targeted salary amount. And she thought it's not right to change a career just because you want to get pay raise. That's her opinion.
