I applied for the Senior eCommerce Manager position and a recruiter reached out to me about 3 days later. The requested an in-depth presentation outlining my 90-day action plan for their company before deciding if they would like to interview.
I am used to having to do presentations but never had anyone request one before an initial phone interview, and they are usually about a fictional company. I am not moving forward as this gave too many red flags.
