Hello, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience, and Im truly sorry to hear it didn't feel positive. I spoke with the recruiter who led the search, and from our records, all candidates were sent a follow up email once a decision was made. That said, if you didn't receive one, we completely understand how frustrating that must have felt. Sometimes messages can land in spam or get missed, but we also know that's not an excuse.
Ghosting is something we take seriously and goes against how we strive to run TA at Cyberhaven. We believe every candidate deserve clarity and closure.
