I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cybersoft (Addis Ababa) in Jan 2010

First one of the manager was my adviser for school project, he recommend me. There were three interviewers. They ask me to describe and what i did in my school project. And ask me basic core java questions. The office were very nice and the employees are most of them are young.
