It was a 1-1. The interviewers had no idea what their requirement from the candidate is. They were not sure about how the candidate should be and what skills are needed. Such bland uninterested people interviewing actually discourages the one who comes for the interview. Negative vibes from the introduction itself. Very unprofessional interview i have ever attended.
