I auditioned to two songs in front of the franchise owners. They filmed it and sent it to corporate for review. It didn't last no longer than 10-15 minutes. They were really layed back and nice!

You must know how to ride to the beat. Communication is key. You ride in real time before management and other instructors. THEN you have to submit a tape of you riding to the "head master instructor". They may require you to conduct multiple interviews in order to "pass" if you are close to what they want.
