Pretty casual. Mostly only hire referrals from current employees or current riders/customers so it’s helpful to have an “in”. They bring you in for a trial shift and see how it goes. They just want to make sure you’re friendly with the customers and not an idiot.
Good interview staff position. Asked me questions about myself and my personality. She was young so it was easy to connect with her. Still debating if I want to accept the job.
Very basic interview, very holistic felt like they spent a lot of effort getting to know you as a person. very nic experience very glad this was amazing so so happy
