Interview
I initially had a get to know you call with the owner, followed by a 30 minute phone interview with the manager and then I met with the two owners and manager of Cyclebar after a coffee shop. It was a very casual get to know you and then went in depth w/ my work history and experience.
It was very casual and easy! Very nice to speak with and showed me about the studio. They trained me on all shifts (morning and evening) and made sure I was ready to go before I was on my own

Love it so easy if your into fitness you got it. They do not ask too much of you just just experience and schooling and availability. It was the best experience ever I love this place so much.

Zoom call with Franchise owners, lead instructor, and corporate management on call. Everyone was super kind and was just curious on why I wanted to work at Cyclebar. They will go over their expectations for the job and time requirements (even if going for part time).
