- 30 minute screen call with HR recruiter
- 45 minute panel interview with two PMO leads
- 3rd round panel interview with three lost people that didn't know why they were there, or what they were asking. It's always a bad sign when they introduce themselves with "we were not prepared for this interview and haven't seen your resume". The head of PMO was missing and the meeting was delayed by a week, likely to interview the winning candidate. One of them was a Program Manager that knew nothing about program management. Then there was a Technologist that didn't know anything about AI technology except Copilot and admitted they were small and disorganized, and their technology was messy. And there was an IT guy who didn't really ask anything. Better to get rejected in the 2nd round than waste my time in this sham of a 3rd interview. Not a great company, and the knowledge (or lack thereof) of their staff is evident.
