Phone screened following initial contact by recruiting staff. Scheduled for in-person interviews the next week to meet with several members of the staff, and the President. Had some good discussions, and thought well of the those I met. Was told they would be getting back to me with some feedback by early the next week. Sent thank you note for the recruiter to forward on to others involved in the process a couple days after interview which didn't receive a response. Then sent an email to the HR Manager more than a week after not receiving any communication, and still have not heard back. I must say this is the first time I've physically gone into an interview and not received any response or update on the position. Now I see another management position posted that focuses on the talent acquisition side, an area of weakness we discussed during the interview that I can clearly see they need significant help in. **Unless they change their process, and provide better responses to their candidates, this is a company I would stay away from**
