Cydecor Technical Writer interview questions

Hiring process was pretty straight forward. I applied online. About a week later, I received a call from a recruiter for a basic phone screening. I was called in to interview in person the next week. The in person interview went well. I met with members of the team that I would work with, and they were able to ask questions. Overall, I got a great vibe from the company. The only reason I’m giving a neutral rating is because after the in person interview, the hiring manager stated that he would be in touch, and I never heard back. Complete radio silence. I didn’t even receive an email as to whether or not the position had been filled. I understand that this is a competitive process; however, it would have been nice to receive a reply to my follow-up email as to the status of my candidacy. Hopefully HR will see this and adjust communication practices in the future.
