As a recruiter myself, I was shocked at the lack of humanity in the interview process. Each interview was super rushed, the first one being only fifteen minutes. They told me that they did not believe in work life balance and from what they highlighted through out the interview process it seems like the typical new age start up that squeezes blood from a stone in order to go public. All power to them, there’s many people that will thrive in the environment but I have friends, family, and hobbies outside of work.
