I had a really great experience interviewing with Cyera, especially from a talent acquisition perspective. The process felt super organized but still human, which isn’t always the case. The TA team did an awesome job keeping things moving and communicating clearly the whole way through. I always knew what was coming next, and everything felt really smooth and intentional. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into the candidate experience. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and down to earth, and it never felt overly formal or robotic. They were real, genuine conversations. Overall, just a really positive experience that reflects well on the TA team and the company as a whole.
