5 separate interviews with different parts of the organization gave a great indication of what it is like. A little rushed, but this is due to company growth requirements. All carried out via Zoom.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cyera
Interview
Unprofessional recruiting team. Was approached for a manager of sales engineering and shared I wasn't interested in management at this point in my career. Recruiter said they could share me just an IC role then, never heard from them after that. They reached out to me.
had 4 interviews and a final panel presentation that included a powerpoint and a demo presentation. I did super well in all my interviews, and I was scheduled to do my panel interview, unfortunately I had a call with the HR lead and she asked me if I had any vacation planned so that she can work on an offer letter, I was very honest and I told her yes, 1 week I am visiting my family in europe and I also said that I so go visit them 3 times a year, so about 3 weeks in 12 months!. She didnt like that and within an hour she got my final interview canceled, and after that I never heard from them till today. It so shocking that she disliked my idea of being honest and that I do care about my family/personal life. Who in the world want to work for such a company? All I can say is that they might have great amount of funding but that does'nt mean that its a good place for a satisfactory job. I give them 5 thumbs down for not respecting my personal choice (3 weeks vacation in 12 months??? come on), I never followed with them as well, I would not recommend this place to anyone who love their family.
