The entire interview process was online and very transparent. It started with a recruiter screening, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and product/marketing leaders, in Portuguese and English. The conversations focused on GTM strategy, customer value, pricing & packaging, and cross-functional collaboration. Communication was clear, feedback was shared at each step, and I always understood the next phase.
