Cytora Deployment Lead interview questions

Got the first round interview through a referral. It was a really engaging and interesting discussion, mostly focused on what I would like to do in this job, my motivation. We went through different scenarios where they tested the ability to work with a technical team, commercial acumen, and how you break down problems and think about things. Second and final round was with one of the founders and another member of the team. The discussion was more around artificial intelligence and application of Cytora. Not as interesting of an interaction, seemed to follow a script. The HR person was not really on top of the process, promised an update by a specific time and then did not deliver.
