Interview
I had two interviews and a potential programming assignment. In the process it was sufficient to send Cytora a Python script that I wrote myself so they could evaluate my skills, instead of having to do an actual assignment. Overall Cytora was very flexible when I changed the times of the interview on the day itself and the option to interview in the evening after office hours.

Brainstorm on how to solve a relevant machine learning problem.
Very rapid responses from HR, always reachable and contactable. Very transparent about all relevant issues when signing up. Friendly and welcoming. Returned with an offer within a day of the interview.

Interview
Shoddy. Expect to spend several hours interviewing with a handful of people from the company and then never hear anything after (even if you follow up with the internal recruiter). The questions were too elementary to be taken seriously. Very disappointing practice at the end.
