Interviewer did not look at my resume before the interview. Was 10 minutes late and said paralegals only do "menial work". I would not apply for a job with this company again.

Interview
Standard process: interview with recruiter, then with the hiring manager. After interview with the hiring manager I was ghosted - no rejection, no communication despite my attempts to follow up on the status. An auto-generated "thank you for your interest, but..." email would have been sufficient. Ghosting is just plainly wrong.
