Applied via LinkedIn and received email from recruiter the next day to determine screening call/interview time. The recruiter joined 10 minutes late to our scheduled call, evidently from another call running over. We discussed my experience and the position. Recruiter indicated my skill set would be a plus for this position and they would contact hiring manager to schedule an interview. Several weeks followed but no further communication from company and no response from HR to follow up inquires.
