First round was with Tanul, who gave a brief about the company and then scheduled a round with Akshath the CTO. Excellent conversation. To talk directly with the CTO in the initial rounds shows how much skin in the game the founders have. Next round was with Ashwin their Engineering VP and Ujwal their principal product manager. Most if the questions were behavioral trying to understand your thought process and how you go about solving problems. There was one more round with the team. Very senior writers who seemed to enjoy their work. Also felt valued for it too. Most organizations don't involve the team when hiring a manager. So this really was a good experience allowing us to meet and gauge each others challenges and strengths. Overall great conversations. Very professional and likely a place where you will be allowed to experiment and grow. If you are looking for hairy audacious I was pretty happy to hear about some of their benefits.
