I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at D.R. Horton (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I didn't get the job but the interview process was very simple. I was told that I wasn't a good fit at this time and was advised to reapply at a later time. I know where I went wrong and may reapply in the future. If you know anything about selling a new home and can describe how you procure and close a sale you should be a good candidate.

Interview
The interview was rather easy and comfortable. It was more like a meeting than a formal uptight interview. It was conversation based as opposed to asking the rehearsed typical questions like mose interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
So, tell me about yourself and how many houses do you think you will sell?
Relaxed and informal which made it less intimidating. Very thorough interview with lots of questions and uptalk about the company. It was a professional setting and it felt more like I was interviewing with a friend.
