Interview went well with some structured questions pertaining to if/how I would thrive in the structure the company has built. Lasted a little over an hour, Kathy and Libby were professional and very warm so it was a pleasant interview. They stated they would have a decision on the position by the following Tuesday at the latest. The multiple positive things the company has in its favor along with the great interview quickly went out the window a week later. After contacting both of them over the next couple weeks by email and phone they just frankly didn’t respond. I made clear I was inquiring about the position with no saltiness on my part though I found it lazy and unprofessional. Not being hired is to be expected but completely disregarding my inquiries showed a very amateur way of communicating in a role where I imagine that is of the utmost importance. Can not recommend pursuing any avenue with that particular office.
