Phone interview was extremely awkward. The interviewer didn't have any real questions and the entire call lasted less than 10 minutes. My follow-up email to the recruiter was completely ignored. I could tell they were not interested in continuing the hiring process on the phone call but it is extremely unprofessional to not even bother to let a candidate know they were not selected to move forward.
