A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn to see if I was interested in their Sr. EA position and I said yes. I had a phone interview over a week ago that I thought went well. I immediately wrote a thoughtful thank you email reiterating my interest in the position and stated why I thought I was an excellent candidate. She said she would follow-up as to next steps and I haven't heard a word. I would have appreciated at least an update or a thanks but no thanks email.
