Had an upfront phone screen with the talent recruiter that went as well as it could possibly go. Was convinced I would be the guy after much searching. I then had a follow up with Eric. Eric was Very tight, played it very close to the chest and borderline awkward. Was not a flowing conversational type of interview. Guy had very specific question he wanted to ask and have answered. I'd try to formulate my answers in such a fashion so in any other normal interview, i would be offered some additional follow up information - but nope....very one sided and weird. Made for a very choppy conversation. They said they would get back to me within a week with a yay or nay - and never did. Even when I emailed asking if there was any update or decided to go in another direction....nothing....went totally dark. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
