DATIS Rather Not State interview questions

Phone first with in-house recruiter then in person with key players in the company. This company can't get out of its own way to see the forest through the trees. Knows what it needs but continues to do the same thing over and over getting the same results. Very short-sighted. Follow up communication non-existent which is most unprofessional.
