Interview
The interview process was Awesome, the first interview was over the phone. Followed by a 2nd interview in person. Super laid back and easy to talk to. About 1 week later got my offer letter. Excited to start. They are looking for more a personality fit than anything it seemed like.

I applied online. I interviewed at DCP Midstream LP in Oct 2015
Interview
DCP called me for an interview in Denver shortly after I applied for a job. The interview went well, everyone was very nice and professional. Was told to expect to hear something the following week. I never heard from them and they did not respond to any follow-up, which is the only reason I call it a negative experience.
