DCP Midstream LP interview questions

Met with HR, the managers and directors for the position. The interview was discussion based and took several hours. It went about and hour and a half longer than expected.

First I received a call from HR to schedule a phone screening. The phone screening was conducted by the IT department head and lasted about 30 minutes. I was then scheduled for a second interview the following week with my direct supervisor and IT department head via video conference. The interview last about 45 minutes the questions ranged from troubleshooting to general terminology.
