Interview
They sent a response to my Indeed application to set up a phone screen. The phone screen was with a hiring manager who was really rude and just wanted to hear BS answers about how passionate I am about frameworks. From the DEKA employee reviews on here this seems consistent: a very below average work environment that exploits developers who still value promises of innovation opportunities above the real stuff like pay and a 40 hour work week.
