Applied online, phone interview, face to face interview in front of panel at DEKA, lots of engineering and problem solving questions in front of project director, product developers, quality assurance engineers.
I had to work through engineering problems on a white board in front of employees. Very intimidating but also very fun and engaging. They really just care about your thought process and how you get through tough problems.

The initial process began with a virtual interview held using GoTo Meeting, with audio over the phone. Majorly focused on explaining the position, and then finished with a couple technical questions (behavioural and physics-based).
