Interviewed by 4 people, at the start it was going through my resume and explaining projects/past experience. Second portion of interview was all brain teasers with one test engineering question at the end. Had a tour of the facility following the interview. Relatively laid back atmosphere. Some brain teasers were very difficult while others very easy. Interviewers would try to help/give hints when I was hung up on a question.
Supposed to be contacted back within a week or so, month went by and DEKA continued to ignore my emails. No response, a simple email saying they chose someone else would have sufficed.

I had to work through engineering problems on a white board in front of employees. Very intimidating but also very fun and engaging. They really just care about your thought process and how you get through tough problems.

The initial process began with a virtual interview held using GoTo Meeting, with audio over the phone. Majorly focused on explaining the position, and then finished with a couple technical questions (behavioural and physics-based).
